About You

Let's start with the basics

Your personal details help us size the recommendation correctly — city drives hospitalization costs, age drives risk loading, and family structure drives the right plan type.

Minimum age: 23 years
City determines hospitalization cost tier
6-digit PIN — required for accurate premium calculation
Only required when marital status is not unmarried.
Used as a minimum cover benchmark — recommended cover is at least 50% of annual income

Coverage Profile

Your current & desired coverage

This section tells us how you are covered today, who needs to be covered, and what kind of hospitalization experience you expect — all of which directly size the recommendation.

Family size scales the recommended sum insured
Existing cover is deducted from the recommendation to calculate the shortfall
Employer cover offsets shortfall — but note it lapses on job change. We factor this in separately.
Higher tier hospitals mean higher room rent and procedure costs
Maternity policies have waiting periods of 2–4 years — plan early

Health & Lifestyle

Your health & lifestyle profile

We only ask about the people you chose to cover — and only open a member's form when you select them. Accurate disclosure protects claims later.

Complete disclosure is essential. Insurers verify health information during underwriting and at claim time. Undisclosed conditions are a common reason for disputes. Everything you share stays confidential.
Covers pre-existing conditions, major surgeries, ongoing medications, and adult smoking/alcohol habits
Select only the people who need disclosure. One person's form opens at a time so this stays short. Children are not asked about smoking or alcohol.
Based on people to be covered from Step 2.
Elderly Dependants (Parents / In-laws)
Parents over 60 typically need a separate senior citizen plan — combined floaters are often restrictive
Elderly dependants: Senior citizen plans have separate underwriting and premium structures. Each dependant's age and health profile determines the recommended cover and plan type.
